999b Terms and Conditions – Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

1Acceptance and Eligibility

To use the platform 999b, you must meet all the requirements below. By using the platform, you automatically confirm that you comply with these conditions. If any of them is not met, you are not authorized to create an account or place bets.

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas).
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
• Not be listed on any voluntary self-exclusion list for betting platforms or responsible gambling programs.
• Not be an employee, partner, immediate family member of an employee, or business partner of 999b.

The use of the platform in Brazil is subject to applicable law, including Law No. 14.790/2023, which regulates fixed-odds betting in Brazil. The 999b operates in compliance with the regulations applicable to the domestic market.

2Registration and Account

Each user may hold only one account at 999b. Duplicate accounts detected by the system will be closed without prior notice, and the balance in the secondary account may be canceled. In cases of duplication, the 999b retains only the oldest account as valid, unless there are signs of irregularity.

During registration, you provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and a password of your choice. All this information must be accurate — false data results in immediate account closure and balance retention pending full verification.

• You are responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Any activity carried out using your credentials is your responsibility, unless unauthorized access is proven and immediately reported to 999b.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support.
• The 999b never asks for your password by email, chat, or any other support channel.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) may be requested at any time, particularly before the first withdrawal or when the cumulative withdrawal volume exceeds certain thresholds. Accepted documents include: RG, CNH, passport, or any other official government-issued photo ID issued by a Brazilian authority.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals at 999b are processed exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$ — BRL). The platform does not accept or process transactions in foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods: Pix (recommended — instant credit), boleto bancário (up to 2 business days for processing), major credit and debit cards, PicPay, and Mercado Pago. Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00. No fees are charged by 999b on deposits.

Withdrawals: The standard withdrawal method is Pix, processed in up to 47 seconds for verified accounts. Withdrawals are sent to the Pix key registered on the account — CPF, email, mobile number, or random key linked to the account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00.
• Standard daily withdrawal limit via Pix: R$ 10,000.00 (Bronze), R$ 25,000.00 (Silver), R$ 75,000.00 (Gold), no set limit (Diamond).
• TED withdrawals are available to VIP Gold and Diamond members at major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, Santander, and others.
• The 999b may request additional verification for withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations flagged as risk by the anti-fraud system.

Bonus balances are subject to specific rules described in Section 5. Real-money balances (non-bonus) are never subject to any mandatory rollover beyond the basic single-wager requirement described above.

4Betting & General Rules

Bets placed at 999b cover Sports Betting (football, UFC, NBB, volleyball, e-sports, and more), Live Casino, slots, crash games, and other categories available on the platform. Each category may have additional specific rules available in the corresponding section of the platform.

Bet Confirmation and Finality: A bet is final at the moment you confirm it on the platform and it is accepted by the system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or voided at the user's request, except in the specific situations outlined below.

• The 999b reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the event of a technical error resulting in a clearly incorrect odd (feed error, incorrect data update).
• If a sporting event is canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed in accordance with the official rules, the affected bets are voided and the staked amount is returned to the balance.
• Live bets placed on events that have already ended are automatically canceled and the amount refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet result, the official result announced by the event's organizing body is the definitive reference.

The 999b monitors unusual betting patterns. Bets that suggest the use of insider information, match-fixing, automated systems (bots), or exploitation of odds errors may be voided and the account investigated. Cooperation with sports integrity investigations is mandatory under applicable law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

The 999b regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms, published in the Promotions of the platform and at the time of the offer. The terms below are the general rules that apply to all bonuses, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a bonus balance separate from your own BRL balance.
• Bonus balances carry a minimum rollover as defined in each promotion — the general default is 5× the bonus amount in bets with minimum odds of 1.50, unless otherwise stated.
• VIP Program cashback carries no rollover — it is credited directly as free balance every Monday.
• Welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, and specific promotions each carry their own rollover requirement as defined in the offer's terms.
• Canceled bets, voided bets, bets placed at odds below the minimum required, and handicap bets that result in a partial refund do not count toward the rollover.
• Bonuses not redeemed (without meeting the rollover requirement) within the validity period are automatically cancelled.

The 999b reserves the right to modify, pause, or end promotions at any time. Bonuses already accepted with an ongoing rollover are honored until the original promotion deadline. Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts, cross-account combined bets, or any other abusive scheme will result in bonus cancellation and account investigation.

6Casino and Games

The casino games available at 999b — including live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, slots, crash games such as Aviator and Spaceman, and more — are provided by licensed software providers. All games operate with a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring randomness and fairness.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game is available in the game information section within the platform.
• In live games, the video stream may be interrupted due to technical issues. Bets placed before the interruption are settled normally based on available data.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and VIP level. Limits are displayed before each round.
• If a disconnection occurs during a slots or crash game round, the round continues to be processed normally and the result is recorded.

VIP blackjack tables at 999b have higher limits for Silver members (up to R$ 10,000.00 per hand), Gold (up to R$ 25,000.00 per hand), and Diamond (up to R$ 50,000.00 per hand). Access to VIP tables is granted automatically based on the account's VIP Program level.

7Account Closure

You can close your account at 999b at any time by contacting support in Portuguese. Before closure, any pending withdrawals must be processed and open bets are settled normally. Your BRL balance is refunded in full. Any bonus balance with an incomplete rollover is cancelled upon closure.

The 999b may close or suspend an account in the following cases, without prior notice:

• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Use of automated systems, bots, or third-party software to exploit the platform.
• Bonus or promotion abuse through practices identified as irregular.

8Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using 999b, you agree not to engage in any of the following actions:

• Use the platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable Brazilian law.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or internal systems of the 999b.
• Use software, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Share login credentials with third parties or use another user's account.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content through any communication channel of the 999b.
• Attempting to manipulate odds, outcomes, or any technical aspect of the platform.
• Using the platform to move funds of unlawful origin (money laundering).

The 999b continuously monitors usage patterns and may take preventive action even without definitive confirmation of irregularity, always with the goal of protecting the integrity of the platform and its users.

9Liability and Limitations

Betting involves financial risk. The 999b provides the platform and services, but does not guarantee winnings and is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets freely placed by the user.

The 999b strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, bets in progress are handled in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 4.

• The 999b is not responsible for user internet connection failures that result in bets not being placed or interrupted.
• The maximum liability of the 999b under any circumstances is limited to the BRL balance available in the user's account at the time of the event.
• The 999b is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or pain and suffering arising from the use or inability to use the platform, except as provided under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

10Changes to the Terms

The 999b may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in legislation, the services offered, or the platform's operational practices. When this occurs:

• The "last updated" date at the top of this page will be changed.
• Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users at least 15 days in advance.
• Emergency changes required by law or for security reasons may take effect immediately, with simultaneous notification.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been communicated constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you do not agree with a change, you may close your account before the new terms take effect, following the procedure described in Section 7. Your BRL balance will be refunded in full in that case.

11Responsible Gambling

The 999b takes responsible gambling seriously. Betting is entertainment, and the platform provides tools to help you stay in control of your gaming experience. These tools are available in the account dashboard, under the Responsible Gambling section.

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require 7 days to be applied.
• Loss limit: Set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period before the platform blocks new bets until the next cycle.
• Time-Out: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom period. While paused, login and betting are blocked.
• Voluntary self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure with a minimum term of 6 months, renewable. During the exclusion period, the 999b blocks any attempt to re-register using the same details.

12Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Brazilian law, including the Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the fixed-odds betting legislation (Law No. 14,790/2023).

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform 999b will first be submitted to an attempt at amicable resolution through Portuguese-language support. If amicable resolution is not reached, the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
